Group Fitness (Bootcamp). Group Fitness has grown in popularity and offers a great environment for not only exercising but also offers an opportunity to meet other people and socialise during exercise. STEPUP2FITNESS utilises a variety of equipment when conducting its Group Fitness Sessions. This enables the trainers to offer a complete body workout which targets all the muscle groups and also ensures variety in the sessions conducted.

The use of the phrase Bootcamp to describe Group Fitness has grown in recent years. The original Bootcamps were military style fitness sessions where the instructor was authorative when giving directions and those being trained were required to be quiet, listen and do as they were told. STEPUP2FITNESS focuses more on the fun and friendly approach to the fitness sessions but has some Ex Military Trainers who employ Bootcamp methods for variety and fun. Generally these are the tyre and log sessions.

10-12 Weeks Course - $13.00 per session | Pay As You Go - $16.00 per session
