Personal Training. Personal Training (PT) provides a one to one Trainer / Client service. The Trainer will design and run an individual tailored program focussed on achieving the client’s goals. PT will generally produce good results as the program is goal based and tailored to the client. PT can be done in conjunction with either Group or Small Group Fitness classes. PT sessions can be done in the privacy of your own house or done at various local locations (hills / parks).

Two PT options are available: a 45 and a 60 minute session. While many other Fitness organisations offer a 30 minute session, STEPUP2FITNESS offers a 45 minute option. 30 minutes doesn’t allow sufficient time for an effective warm up, conditioning and cool down phase of a program and yet sometimes 60 minutes can be too much, hence the development of a 45 minute session.
